This feature allows you to create a reusable blueprint for future projects. Templates do not carry over project-specific context like activity logs, actual progress, or due dates.
How to save a template:
1 - Click on the gear icon below the star icon on a project to open the Project Properties panel. If you are inside a project, you can access its properties in the “Settings” page.
2 - Scroll down to the Template section, click on the Save to Template button. A pop-up window will appear.
3 - Select your targeted workspace from the drop-down menu - This means you have copied projects in multiple workspaces.
4 - Give your template a name and select which elements you’d like to include, then click Save.
Reminders:
Save to template option is available:
To all workspace members when the projects are public and have Full Access permission settings.
To all project members when the projects are public or private and have Full Access or Limited Access permission settings.
To ONLY project creators and admins when the projects are public or private and have Restricted Access permission settings.
How to create a project from a saved template:

2 - Go to the “Saved templates” (Template Library) tab, select the template you like and click Use template.
