Understanding your Project participants:

A project can have multiple admins and members.

  • Any workspace member can create projects and be assigned as project admin and/or member.

  • A project creator will be the admin as default.

  • Workspace guests can only be added as project members.

Permission Settings:

There are 3 permission options to be set for your project: Full Access, Limited Access & Restricted Access.

How to change Permission Settings of a Project:

1 - Click on the gear icon below the star icon on a project to open the Project Properties panel. If you are inside a project, you can access its properties in the “Settings” page.

2 - Look for the Permission Settings section.

3 - From here, you can select the desired permission setting for your project.

NOTE: This option is only available to project admins.
