1 - Go to the "Chat" page in the sidebar navigation.
2 - Select the "Chat+" icon. In case you have extended the Chat window to full-screen mode, the icon is the same.
3 - Enter the Channel/Group name and choose its privacy settings (Private/Public).
4 - Add members.
5 - Hit Create Chat Channel.
