Changing its photo:
1 - Go to the "Chat" page in the sidebar navigation.
2 - Extend your chat window by clicking on the "extension" icon to switch to full-screen mode.
3 - Open a chat channel you want to make changes from the left side panel.
4 - Right-click the 3-dot to see the option list.
5 - Select Edit Channel Photo.
Renaming your Chat Channel/Group:
1 - Go to the "Chat" page in the sidebar navigation.
2 - Extend your chat window by clicking on the "extension" icon to switch to full-screen mode.
3 - Open a chat channel you want to make changes from the left side panel.
4 - Right-click the 3-dot to see the option list.
5 - Select Rename.
NOTE: You can only rename the Channels that are not tied to any Project.
Pinning/Unpinning your Chat Channel/Group or a Workspace Member:
1 - Go to the "Chat" page in the sidebar navigation.
2 - Extend your chat window by clicking on the "extension" icon to switch to full-screen mode.
3 - Open a chat channel or any direct message you want to make changes from the left side panel.
4 - Click on the "pin" icon at the top right corner of your screen, re-click to unpin.
NOTE: You can pin an unlimited number of chats but it will show up to 7 channels on the sidebar navigation.
