Exporting CSV. file

Written by Se Hee

We offer two options for exporting CSV project files.

NOTE: Formatting issues may occur due to spreadsheet limitations.

  • Microsoft Excel allows a maximum of 32,767 characters in a single cell. If the text exceeds this limit, it may be cut off, rejected, or cause an error during import.

  • Google Sheets allows up to 50,000 characters in a single cell, providing more space for long text. However, text exceeding this limit may also be rejected or cause an import error.

Option 1: From the Workspace Settings

1 - Click the drop-down icon next to your workspace name in the upper left corner of your screen.

2 - Go to the “Manage Settings”.

3 - Scroll down and click Export to CSV.

Option 2: From the Project Settings

1 - Click on the "gear" icon below the star icon on a project to open the Project Properties panel. If you are inside a project, you can access its properties in the “Settings” page.

2 - Scroll down and click Export to CSV.

The downloaded CSV. file can be opened in most spreadsheet programs such as Excel 365 for Windows users, Numbers for MAC or Google sheets; and re-imported to any supported platforms.
