UPDATE AUG 2024: Create an easily shareable public invitation link that you can use to invite new users to join your Taskworld Workspace.

Taskworld’s new Public Workspace Invitation Link makes adding new users to your Public Workspace easier than ever.

Simply turn on the option to invite users via an invitation link in your Workspace Settings to create an easily shareable QR code or a clickable link. Now, users only have to scan the QR Code or click the link to join your Taskworld Public Workspace!

Note: The number of members who can join will still be limited by the licenses available.

If you want to turn on your Public Workspace Invitation Link, follow the steps below.

To Create a Shareable Invite Link:

Select your workspace name on the top left and click “Manage settings.”

Once inside the Manage settings area of your Workspace, you will see a tab for Public Invitation at the top next to Settings, Click Public Invitation to enter into the Public Invitation options.

At default, the Public workspace invitation link will be turned off.

Click to toggle the Off button to On, and you can now add users to your Workspace via the link.

You can download a QR code to print and share or copy a link to send out directly.

Special Note: If you toggle the Invite with Link option back to off and then on again for any reason, the link will regenerate. You will need to share this new link with any new users you’d like to invite.
