Use "Alt" & Click to self-assign any task:
Here's a quick little hack to assign any task to yourself with just one click. Hold "Alt" key and click on the "+" sign next to the Assigned to section to self-assign a task.
Use "Ctrl" & Click to open a new tab from the Task Location:
1 - Open up a task that is located outside a Project.
2 - Go to its properties window
3 - Hold "Ctrl" key and click on the "arrow" icon next to the current location of the task under the Location section.
4 - A new tab will be opened in your browser which directs you to the indicated project,
NOTE: The "arrow" icon is only visible when the task is opened outside of its project.
