Assign Tasks and Set Due Dates

1) Assigning Task

A) Outside the Task Properties

  1. Click the "+" on the Tasklist.

  2. Then choose the "Add Assignees" icon.

B) Inside the task properties

  1. Click on the Assign To button in the Task Properties.

  2. Select the member from the drop down menu. You can also type the name of the member in the Search Members field.

  3. You can also assign multiple team members to the same task this way.

2) Re-assigning Task

  1. Click on X next to the name of the previously assigned member(s) in the Assigned To section to remove them from the task.

  2. You can then assign the task to other members by clicking on the + icon next to the Assigned To field.

  3. Select the member from the drop down menu. You can also type the name of the member in the Search Members field.

  4. You can also assign the task to multiple members this way.

3) Setting Due Date

Inside Task Properties

  1. Open the Task Properties by clicking on a task.

  2. Click on + next to the Due Date option.

  3. Choose the date and time when you would like the task to be completed. You can edit this date at any time.

Recent Update: We now have Date Picker where we have a toggle set to automatically have choices to have due dates on weekends.
