Deleting/Removing members from your Workspace doesn't automatically lead to the downgrade of your plan.
In other words, you need to do both actions (Deleting members + Downgrading your subscription).
How to Downgrade and Upgrade your Licenses :
1. Remove member(s) - also called (user(s)) - from your Workspace (see our article here)
2. Once you have removed user(s), on the left side of your profile picture click the drop down arrow.
3. Click Manage Settings, then hover over the Plans and Billings Tab and click 'Manage Licenses.
4. Select the total number of licenses that you'd like to have.
How to Upgrade your Plan Subscription:
In the Plans and Billing Page, click Upgrade.
Choose the plan that better suits you.
How to Downgrade your Plan Subscription:
In the Plans and Billing Page, click Downgrade.
