Importing from Trello:
1 - Click the drop-down icon next to your workspace name in the upper left corner of your screen.
2 - In the “Manage Settings”, go to the “Task Import” tab.
3 - You will be provided with full instructions on how to upload Trello JSON file - Our built-in wizard will import data from Trello to your Taskworld workspace.
Exporting from Taskworld:
1 - Go to your “Account Settings” by clicking on your profile picture at the top right (If you haven't uploaded a picture yet, you'll see your initials there).
2 - Look for the "Your Taskworld Data" tab.
3 - Then click on the Download your data drop-down.
4 - Select Request your data.
5 - Taskworld will send the data via email to your registered email address.
NOTE: The Download Link will expire in 3 days.
6 - Click Download. The file is in .tgz file format - If you can't open the file, please use a file extractor.
