You can now import project and task data into Taskworld using a CSV file. All essential task information will be imported, excluding time spent, comments, and files.

To get started, we’ve provided a blank project CSV here.

To ensure successful importation of project data via CSV file, please follow the ensuing procedure. Reference the provided guidelines, Guidelines for inputting project data into CSV file, to confirm the validity of values for each column.

How to import your CSV. file into Taskworld:

1 - Click on any Green Plus (+) button you see across the workspace.

2 - Select "Import from CSV file" tab on the side panel.

3 - A new page will be opened in which you can upload CSV. file from your laptop.

4 - You can also set your project as Private (by default) or Public.

5 - Managing Members

You now have the option to remap team members’ names from your CSV file to their Taskworld usernames.

For example, your CSV may list team members by email address or nickname. If you’ve already invited them to the project, you can easily match those CSV names to their Taskworld profiles, making task assignment and delegation much faster.

NOTE: If you choose not to match someone during this step, their tasks will be assigned by default to the person performing the import.

6 - Hit Create project.
