How to reactivate your subscription:
1 - After logging into your account, click on Reactivate.
2 - Select a payment method under the “Plans & Billing” page. You may choose to pay in Card or PayPal.
3 - Then click Reactivate subscription.
How to cancel your subscription:
To cancel your subscription, you need to suspend your subscription from the "Plans & Billing" page.
1 - Click on the drop-down next to your workspace name in the top left corner of the screen.
2 - Go to “Manage Settings”.
3 - In “Plans & Billing” page, you will have the option to cancel your subscription at the end of the page.
Why is my subscription automatically renewed?
The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If you do not wish to renew, please reach out to support@taskworld.com before your plan expires to request for manual cancellation of your subscription.
NOTE: Once payment has been processed and the charge has been made, we are unable to issue a refund under these circumstances.
