UPDATE MAY 2024: Link important documents to your DocuSign account & check the status on the task.

Taskworld is now integrated with DocuSign. This update enables you to link, manage, and check the status of your attached documents directly on the task.

Simply connect your Taskworld Workspace with DocuSign, and you’ll receive notifications and updates inside Taskworld. This will save you valuable time and keep all your signoffs in a centralized location!

Note: Only the Taskworld Workspace Admin can set up the DocuSign Integration.

Let’s jump in and show you how to get it set up.

To Link Your DocuSign Account

Select your workspace name on the top left and click on “Manage settings”.

You’ll see the option “Integrations” tab.

Click on Connect to the right of DocuSign:

You’ll be asked to enter the email address and password for your DocuSign account:

After that’s entered, your account will be connected!

Connecting Your DocuSign Envelope to Your Taskworld Task

Once your DocuSign integration is complete, browse to a document inside DocuSign that you would like to link with a task inside Taskworld.

At the top of the page, underneath the document title, you’ll see the Envelope ID in blue text. Click that text to see the Envelope ID and a button to copy it to your clipboard.

Go to your Taskworld Task’s Properties tab and scroll down to find the DocuSign field. Copy your Envelope ID into this area.

Receiving Updates on SignOffs

Once the Envelope ID has been copied onto a task, you will receive status updates in multiple ways.

Notification Pop-Up

Shortly after someone signs off on a document, you’ll receive a Pop-Up notification in the top right of your Taskworld Workspace (similar to other notifications).

On Task

The status next to the Envelope ID will change to “completed” once signoff occurs.

On Your Notifications Page

You can also find updates on Sign Offs on your notifications page inside Taskworld.
