What is project status and why does it matter?
In Taskworld, we present a status alongside a project completion % to summarize each project in your Project Dashboard. Project status gives qualitative context, while % completion gives quantitative progress. Together, they provide a more accurate picture of progress and momentum.
We currently have defaulted statuses such as Active, Cancelled, Completed, On hold and Planned.
Creating your own statuses:
Workspace Admins can customize statuses in the Workspace Settings. These custom statuses will be available for all projects they create or administer.
1 - Click the drop-down icon next to your workspace name in the upper left corner of your screen.
2 - Go to the “Manage Settings”.
3 - In the “General” tab, scroll down to the Workspace Project Statuses section, select the Manage custom statuses button to create your own.
