Linking & Monitoring a DocuSign Envelope

UPDATE MAY 2024: Link important documents to your DocuSign account & check the status on the task.

Taskworld is now integrated with DocuSign. This update enables you to link, manage, and check the status of your attached documents directly on the task.

Simply connect your Taskworld Workspace with DocuSign, and you’ll receive notifications and updates inside Taskworld. This will save you valuable time and keep all your signoffs in a centralized location!

Note: Only the Taskworld Workspace Admin can set up the DocuSign Integration.

Let’s jump in and show you how to get it set up.

How to link Your DocuSign Account:

1 - Click on the drop-down next to your workspace name in the top left corner of the screen.

2 - Go to “Manage Settings” and look for the "Integrations" tab on the side panel.

3 - Select the "Connect" button next to the DocuSign.

4 - You will be asked to enter the email address and password for your DocuSign account:

6 - Once filled, your account will be connected!

Connecting Your DocuSign Envelope to Your Taskworld Task

Once your DocuSign integration is completed:

1 - Browse any document inside DocuSign that you would like to link with a task inside Taskworld.

2 - At the top of the page, underneath the document title, you will see the Envelope ID in blue text. Click to view it and copy the clipboard.

3 - Go back to Taskworld, open any task and its properties window.

4 - Scroll down to find the DocuSign section

5 - Paste the clipboard into the blank box as per the screenshot below.

Receiving updates on SignOffs:

Once the Envelope ID is paste inside a task, you will receive status updates in multiple ways.

Pop-up notifications inside Taskworld:

Shortly after someone signs off on a document, you will receive an alert.

Inside the "Task Properties" window:

The status next to the Envelope ID will change to “completed” once signoff occurs.

In your Notification Feed:
