UPDATE APRIL 2024 - We're excited to introduce a new feature that gives you more control over your checklists. Users now have the option to choose how they view completed checklist items.
We’ve added an extra level of control to how you view your checklists. Now, you can easily choose how completed checklists items are viewed directly from the checklist area!
Checklist items remain in place when checked (default)
Checklist items go to the bottom of the list when checked (new option)
Some of our Taskworld users told us they didn't want completed checklist items to stay in place because it made it harder to see the remaining items still needing work. So, we added an option to allow every user to move completed checklist items to the bottom of the list.
Please note: When the toggle is activated, drag-and-drop functionality is disabled to prevent users from changing the order of the list.
How to Change Your Checklist Behavior:
Browse to your checklist and look for the 3 vertical dots
When you click the 3 vertical dots, you are presented with the option: “Checked items drop to the bottom of the list”
To change your checklist behavior, simply toggle the circle at the right of the text. This will switch from the default behavior to the new behavior, where checked items move down to the bottom of the list.
