Downgrading:
If you would like to decrease the number of licenses (= members or users), first of all, please make sure you have already removed the member(s) or user(s) from the workspace via “People” page.
1 - Click on the “People” tab on the sidebar navigation.
2 - In the “Members” tab, look for the member(s) or user(s) you would like to remove.
3 - Remove from workspace option is available in the drop-down of the 3-dot icon.
4 - Once you have removed the user(s), click the drop-down icon next to your workspace name in the upper left corner of your screen to go to “Manage Settings”.
5 - In the “Plans and Billing” page, you will have the option to manage licenses.
6 - Select the total number of licenses that you'd like to have.
Upgrading:
If you would like to increase the number of licenses, you can manage licenses first and invite members into the workspace via the “People” page after.
1 - Click the drop-down icon next to your workspace name in the upper left corner of your screen to go to “Manage Settings”.
2 - In the “Plans and Billing” page, you will have the option to manage licenses.
3 - Select the total number of licenses that you'd like to have.
4 - Click Pay Now once confirmed.
