What is the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode?
Do Not Disturb (DND) mode pauses all in-app, mobile and browser notifications and sounds for certain time periods.
When DND is enabled, the red dots indicating new messages or task updates will appear gray and messages won’t be previewed in the top right corner.
This affects all web and mobile notifications. Email notifications are excluded from DND.
How to enable the DND mode:
1 - Go to your “Account Settings” by clicking on your profile picture at the top right corner (If you haven't uploaded a picture yet, you'll see your initials there).
2 - Switch on the toggle, a pop-up window will appear.
3 - Click Confirm to enable the DND mode (select the checkbox to not see this pop-up again).
4 - DND is now enabled and is active for an hour by default. Click on the time to change the duration or switch off the toggle to turn it off.
How to schedule the DND time:
1 - Go to “Notification Settings” by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner.
2 - Go to the “Do Not Disturb” tab.
3 - Select your desired days and time to enable DND mode automatically (for example every afternoon from 3:00PM to 5:00PM, or all day on weekends).
4 - Click on the toggle on top of the schedule to enable it, a pop-up window will appear.
5 - Click Confirm to enable your DND schedule (select the checkbox to not see this pop-up again).
6 - You will now be switched to DND mode automatically according to the set schedule.
