What is Do Not Disturb (DND) mode?
Do Not Disturb (DND) mode pauses all in-app, mobile and browser notifications and sounds for certain time periods.
When DND is enabled, the red dots indicating new messages or task updates will appear gray and messages won’t be previewed in the top right corner.
This affects all web and mobile notifications. Email notifications are excluded from Do Not Disturb and will still be sent when DND is enabled (DND for mobile coming soon).
How to enable Do Not Disturb
How to instantly turn on DND
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
Click on the toggle next to Do Not Disturb, a pop-up window will appear
Click “Confirm” to enable Do Not Disturb mode (select the checkbox to not see this pop-up again)
DND is now enabled and is active for an hour by default. Click on the time to change the duration or click the toggle to instantly turn off DND
How to schedule Do Not Disturb time
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Notification Settings
Go to the tab “Do Not Disturb”
Select your desired days and times to enable DND mode automatically (for example every afternoon from 3 PM to 5 PM, or all day on weekends)
Click on the toggle on top of the schedule to enable it, a pop-up window will appear
Click “Confirm” to enable your DND schedule (select the checkbox to not see this pop-up again)
You will now be switched to DND mode automatically according to the set schedule
To disable the schedule, click the toggle again
