There are 3 views you can choose from as you see fit. Each of them serves a different purpose.

In this article, we would like to provide our users with deeper understanding, in which we hope you will find helpful.

Board View (Kanban)

Tasklists and tasks are displayed as Cards in columns.

  • Users can drag/drop them between columns and click on the cards to open the tasks.

  • This view offers a quick progress view and visual clarity.

  • It is best for execution, allowing the users to grasp the essential information on a project within seconds.

Table View

Tasklists and tasks are displayed in Spreadsheet-like rows & columns.

  • Users can see all details of a task in 1 row without having to extend it.

  • This view allows users to bulk edit task properties, provides structured comparisons and reporting-friendly exports.

  • It has flexible sorting & filtering, which is ideal for users who need to manage multiple tasks or seek a more analytical overview.

Timeline View (Gantt Chart)

Tasks are displayed in horizontal bars.

  • This view focuses on the task’s start date/due date & highlights dependencies.

  • It allows users to see distribution, spot overlaps and manage resources.

  • This view is ideal for long structured projects (launches, opening, construction).

  • Users have the option to download the Timeline Report in a format of CSV or PDF for the period of minimum 3 months.
